• How many displays can I order?

It depends on the number of store locations and inventory you order. Typically, we will give you one display per store.

• How much does the display cost?

Zero/nada/it's free! Yes, we make custom displays and give them in use for FREE to our amazing retailers. We want you to succeed and we know that our display makes selling so much easier.  Since we put so many resources into making the displays, we trust that you won't use them for anything other than our Salty Cali products.

• What's the best way to arrange the products on the display?

We're glad you asked :)  First, make sure your necklaces are always hanging correctly on the pegs (chain goes through the fabric bag, and it’s hung to the pegs by the clear tab.) . The top branch is for necklaces, while the bottom branch holds your bracelets (hugging the branch) and earrings (on the pegs). You can also arrange your pieces by color to create a color story!

• I don't have time to order online; is there another way to place a fill?

Absolutely! The fastest way to get a fill is by snapping a picture of your display and texting it to us - we look for any gaps and send you a selection of season's best seller that fit with your current selection, get a draft order ready, and email it to you for your approval before it ships out.

• Are products tagged with barcodes and prices?

Yes, our products are pre-hung on gift bags, which are tagged with product name, barcode, and suggested retail price. If you don't want the products to be tagged, just let us know when you place your order.

• What if some pieces are not selling well?

Nothing to worry about, if an item is not moving we'll swap it out for something else!

• Do you offer payment terms?

We offer net 30 terms to select, pre-approved retailers. Please email us at info@saltycali.com for an application form.
