What's the minimum order quantity?
100 units per design. That applies whether you're ordering pendants, charms, or ball markers, and covers most club and corporate gifting programs, from a single tournament to an annual member gift.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Pricing depends on the design's complexity, size, and finish, but most custom pendants and charms run in the low-to-mid $20s per piece, plus a one-time $100 design & mold fee. Your exact quote — broken out by unit cost, mold fee, and total — comes back within 2–3 business days of submitting the form.
What can we have engraved or customized?
Club crests, coats of arms, monograms, wordmarks, founding years, and nature or brand-specific imagery can all be engraved onto pendants, necklaces, charms, and ball markers. We work in gold and silver finishes.
How long does production take?
Once your mockup is approved and your deposit is in, plan on 6–8 weeks for production. For time-sensitive events (tournaments, holidays, milestone dates), let us know your deadline on the form and we'll confirm whether it's realistic before you commit.
How does payment work?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your production slot and begin work once you've approved the mockup. The remaining 50% balance is due before your order ships.
Do the pieces come packaged for gifting?
Yes. Every piece ships in its own dust bag, so they're ready to hand out individually or tuck into your own gift box or welcome kit.
Do we need to pay the design/mold fee again if we reorder?
No. Once your mold is made, it's kept on file, so future reorders of the same design skip the mold fee and mockup step entirely — just confirm your new quantity and timeline.
Can we see a design before committing to full production?
Yes, that's step three of the process. After your quote, we build a digital mockup of your exact design and work through revisions with you before anything is molded or produced.
